INGREDIENTES: 1 Kg de filetes de potón ( en la pescadería lo cortan en tacos y le quitan la piel) Se pican la cebolla el ajo y los pimientos (piqué con la braun que me regalaron en mi cumpleaños) y se rehogan un pizco en el caldero. Se añade el potón y el tomate el vino y las especias y se deja a fuego entre medio y bajo. No le puse ni caldo ni agua porque ya suelta bastante líquido el potón pero con vigilar de vez en cuando listo. No hold backé el tiempo mucho pero creo que a la media hora lo probé y como vi que casi estaba lo dejé unos diez minutos más y apagué dejándolo sobre el fuego. Se quedó tierno pero con un poquito de consistencia al masticar y con muy buen sabor. Lo serví con papas sancochadas.
